Haryana CET Recruitment 2023: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission had organized the Common Eligibility Test i.e. CET on 5 and 6 November 2022. The result of this exam was released by HSSC on 10 January 2023. A total of 3.57 lakh youth had passed. Now the screening test is to be conducted by the government for recruitment to Group C posts.

At present, 2 lakh 30 thousand 884 youths who have passed the Common Eligibility Test i.e. CET have suffered a major setback. Only 1 lakh 26 thousand 116 candidates have been called for the screening test by the Haryana Government for 31 thousand 529 posts.

government order

Rajya Sabha MP and Congress leader Randeep Surjewala has strongly objected to this decision of the government. He has termed this decision of the BJP-JJP government as anti-youth and a Tughlaqi decree. Surjewala says that the Khattar government has advertised 31,529 posts for Group C through HSSC, for which applications have been sought from all CET pass candidates.

Around 3.57 lakh youth are CET qualified in the state, but only 1,26,116 candidates have been called for the screening test for 31,529 posts advertised by the Staff Selection Commission.

Haryana government’s big decision

A big decision has also been taken by the Haryana government that now Haryana as well as other states will also be given the benefit of marks given on socio-economic basis.
