Snake Venom Case:Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been questioned by Noida Police in the case of supplying snake venom in rave parties. Noida Police questioned Elvish Yadav for three hours. Noida Police had sent a notice to Elvish Yadav and called him for questioning. However, YouTubers have been denying these allegations since day one. He says that all the allegations against him are fake.
According to media reports, Elvish Yadav secretly appeared before the police at Noida Sector-20 police station, avoiding the media. He may also be interrogated on Wednesday. DCP Noida Harish Chander says that YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav appeared before Noida Police late in the night in the snake venom case. The police have called him again for questioning.
Decision will be taken today regarding police remand of five accused.
In fact, Noida Police had sent a notice to YouTuber Elvish Yadav on Tuesday regarding the matter of supply of snake venom in rave parties. In which he was called to the police station for questioning. Five people have already been arrested in this case. If reports are to be believed, a hearing was held in the fast track court of Surajpur on Tuesday regarding the police custody remand of the five accused. The court has reserved its decision after the hearing. The decision regarding his police custody will be announced on Wednesday. Whereas Noida Police has sought 14 days remand of the accused.
Police prepared list of questions
If reports are to be believed, the police has also prepared a list of questions to be asked to the accused. It is being said that the police will take the accused to all those places during their remand. The places which are mentioned in the complainant’s FIR and viral audio.
Noida Police had registered an FIR against five including Elvish.
Let us tell you that last Friday, a case was registered against Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner Elvish Yadav on several matters including organizing a rave party and supplying snake venom in it. FIR has been lodged against six people including Elvish Yadav in this case. Due to the high profile of the case, many police teams are engaged in this case and are collecting concrete evidence against the YouTuber.
Elvish Yadav had dismissed the allegations by releasing the video.
After the FIR was registered against Elvish Yadav, he had rejected all the allegations against him. He released a video on his Instagram account. In which he had said that all the allegations leveled against him are baseless and there is not even one percent truth in them. He had also said that he will fully cooperate with Noida Police in this matter.
