Car accident: A drunk Bolero driver hit five vehicles in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. In which some vehicles were moving on the road and some vehicles remained standing. Even after hitting the driver, he did not stop but while running away, he also hit the Diagnostic Center near KVM School on Canal Covering Road. The car stopped after the collision. The local people caught the driver of the vehicle and three people including a girl in it and handed them over to the police. Police immediately took challan action and also seized the vehicle.
Bolero lost control and collided with diagnostic center
According to Dialis, at around 10 pm on Sunday night, three people in a Bolero vehicle were going from the high bridge towards Kalu Siddha Temple. In which the speeding Bolero hit 5 vehicles. The people present there ran to save their lives. An atmosphere of chaos was created at the incident site. After hitting the vehicles, the driver did not stop the vehicle and ran away from Mukhani towards Kriyasheel Road. While running, the Bolero lost its balance and went out of control and collided with a diagnostic centre.
Vehicle seized
Kotwal Umesh Kumar Malik said that after the collision, the driver and the people traveling in it were caught by the local people. After being caught, the police was informed. Police reached the spot and brought him to the police station; medical examination confirmed that he was drunk. After which the vehicle was seized and challan action was taken against the three people. Till now, no complaint has been made from the vehicles which were hit. If a complaint is made, a report will be filed and action will be taken.
