He has shared this video on his social media account and has written that as soon as the rains came, the truth of BJP’s development was shown. They wanted to convert Kashi into Kyoto, but instead made it into Venice.

It may rain in many districts of UP on Friday as well
According to the India Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in many districts of Uttar Pradesh on Friday as well. In view of the possibility of rain, a yellow alert has been issued in 21 districts. If the department is to be believed, there is a possibility of strong wind and thundershowers along with rain in some districts of the state. However, due to the rains, the temperature has dropped by two to four degrees in many cities including Varanasi.
