UP Assembly Monsoon Session: The monsoon session of the UP Legislative Assembly is starting from Monday. The proceedings are going to start in both the houses at 11 am. This will be the 2nd session of the Legislature in 2023 and the 5th session of the Eighteenth Legislative Assembly. In this session, the state government will bring bills to replace various ordinances.

Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission Bill 2023 including some other bills will be passed. The Monsoon Session is expected to be a ruckus. During the session, the opposition is ready to corner the government on the issues of law and order, inflation, crime, destitute animals and problems of farmers.

Democracy is strengthened by dialogue and positive discussion in the parliamentary system. It is the largest assembly of the country. The proceedings of the UP Assembly set a benchmark for legislatures across the country. He urged all party leaders to present their side in the House with decency and parliamentary decorum and debate in a loving atmosphere. Assuring full cooperation of the ruling party in the conduct of the session, CM Yogi Adityanath as the Leader of the House said that the House is an important medium to keep the people’s aspirations.

Government ready for all discussions

During this, CM Yogi assured everyone that the state government is ready to discuss all the issues of public welfare and development related to the state. The government will respond positively by participating in all discussions. Along with this, will also try to find a solution according to the suggestions. Due to its views during the past years, the UP Legislative Assembly has been appreciated all over the country. We all have to further strengthen this impression by our conduct in the House during the Monsoon Session. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna assured all party leaders that the government was committed to take positive action on all issues. The government will work on the new pace of development with full seriousness.

Jansatta Dal leader Raghuraj Pratap Singh, Congress Legislature Party leader Aradhana Mishra, Apna Dal leader Ram Niwas Verma, Rashtriya Lok Dal’s Rajpal Singh Balyan, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party’s Om Prakash Rajbhar, Nishad Party’s Sanjay Nishad, Bahujan Samaj Party’s leader Leader Umashankar Singh also assured cooperation from his party in running the House.

Legislators will break their silence in the House

All the members of the 18th Assembly in UP, who have remained silent in the House so far, will get a chance to speak for the first time in the Assembly in the monsoon session. The number of such MLAs is 39. Of these, 23 members are from BJP, 15 from SP and 1 from Apna Dal. In the all-party meeting, the Chief Minister called it a positive initiative.
