Unnao News: A major accident has occurred in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh due to electric shock in the fan. Actually, here four innocent children of the same family died due to electric shock. There is mourning in the entire village due to the simultaneous death of four brothers and sisters.
According to media reports, this incident took place in Lalman Kheda village of Barsagwar police station area of Unnao district. Here, 9 year old Mayank, 2 year old Himanshi, 6 year old Himank and 4 year old Mansi, children of Virendra Kumar, resident of Lalman Kheda village, died on the spot due to electrocution. After this incident, a mountain of sorrow fell on the family. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and sent the bodies of all the dead children for post-mortem.
‘Farrata’ fan discharges current
According to media reports, Virendra Singh had gone to the fields with his wife on Sunday. His children were at home. There was a ‘Farrata’ fan installed in the house. A child suddenly got electrocuted after coming in contact with a fan. As soon as he got the electric shock he started screaming. Hearing the sound, when another boy tried to save him, he also got electrocuted. After this, one by one all four children died due to electric shock.

Hearing the screams of children from the house, people nearby reached the spot. The people present there were also shocked after seeing the painful death of the children. As soon as Virendra and his wife came to know about this, they screamed. There is mourning in the family after this incident. Giving information about this incident, Unnao Police said that four children lost their lives due to electrocution while playing with a fan on Sunday evening in Lalman Kheda village of Barsagwar police station area of the district.
The bodies were sent for post-mortem
Meanwhile, Area Officer (City) Ashutosh Kumar said that four children died due to electric shock in the house of Virendra Kumar Saroj, resident of a village in Barasgawar police station area. Further action is being taken. Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem and a thorough investigation is underway.
