Information about a horrific road accident is coming from Hamirpur in Uttar Pradesh. Here on the Bundelkhand Expressway at around 6 am on Saturday morning, a tourist mini bus full of devotees going to Chitrakoot collided with a broken truck parked on the highway. The bus driver died on the spot in the accident, while more than 20 people were injured. It is being told that all these people were going to Chitrakoot for religious pilgrimage.

Police reached the spot

After getting the information of this bus accident, Maudha’s police and ambulance vehicles reached the spot in a hurry. The police took over the responsibility of relief and rescue work. After this, the injured people were taken to the government hospital in Maudaha, the doctors there have referred all the injured to the district hospital. Most of the people injured in the bus accident are women and a large number of children are also involved. Most of the injured people in this accident are residents of Hathras, Jalesar and Etawah.

Information given to the relatives of the driver

After the road accident, Mahoda’s station in-charge Khanna said that the mini bus collided with a badly parked truck. Due to this the front part of the bus was completely destroyed. Also the driver was at the front, so he died on the spot. Khanna said that it took a lot of effort to get the driver’s body out. The identity of the deceased was Prasad Singh Bengali Babu, a resident of Hathras district. The relatives of the deceased bus driver have been informed about the accident. Also, the matter is being investigated.
