The family of Ghulam, the shooter involved in the Umesh Pal murder case, has already denied that they will not take Ghulam’s body nor see his face. According to the legal procedure, if the dead body of the slave is not taken from the post-mortem house for three days, then the police will conduct his last rites at the government expense.
