Lucknow Crime News: A case of brutality against a youth has come to light in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. When the shoulder collided, two constables picked up the young man and took him to 35th Vahini PAC on bike. Here, after locking the young man in the barrack, he was brutally beaten and his hair was also cut. Police personnel along with the constables beat the young man. Threatened to throw him from the roof. The matter pertains to Mahanagar PAC barrack of Mahanagar police station area. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered an FIR against 15 unidentified people including two constables.
After the fight, he was left with his partner late at night.
The victim Faiz has lodged a complaint in the metropolitan police station. According to the report, Faiz had gone to Charbagh for dinner with his friend on Sunday night. After having food, both of them were roaming at Charbagh Pool. Then constable Vishal Chauhan’s shoulder collided with Faiz. After this the soldiers started arguing. After this, Vishal along with his fellow constable Vishal Rana took Faiz to 35th Vahini PAC by bike. Here Faiz was locked in the barrack and beaten severely. Also got my hair cut. After the fight, Faiz was left with Bandhe late at night.
Called and informed the family, when they arrived everyone was missing.
Faiz told in the report given to the police that both the constables called his sister from his mobile and said that your brother has been caught in mobile theft. Come to the metropolitan police station. When the family reached there, no one was there. The mobile was also switched off. After the complaint, the Metropolitan Police took the victim youth to 35th Vahini PAC. Investigated and inspected the barracks. Also interrogated people.
FIR against 15 including two constables
On the complaint of the victim Faiz, an FIR has been registered against the accused constable Vishal Chauhan, Vishant Rana and 15 unknown people in the Mahanagar Kotwali.
