Uttar Pradesh ATS has got great success. The UP Anti-Terrorism Squad (UP ATS) has arrested seven illegal Rohingyas from Kanpur district. One of its agents has also been arrested. The arrested Rohingyas include four women and three men, including an agent.

Giving information in this regard, the police said that intelligence was received about the presence of Rohingyas in Kanpur district. After taking action, seven Rohingyas have been arrested along with the agent. According to information, all of them had crossed the India-Bangladesh border located on the border of Tripura and entered Kanpur. Police has registered a case against all and started further action.

During police interrogation, it was revealed that agents Anwar and Vimal Miyan had brought them to Kanpur. He also made his fake documents in Kanpur itself. After this all of them were living near Jhakarkati bus stand of Kanpur. After arresting them, the police has also released the names and photographs of all. According to UP, Subir Shabdakar is 33 years old, Mohd Zakaria 38 years old, Noor Mustafa 20 years old, Shoaib 19 years old, Noor Habiba 21 years old, Farsa 20 years old, Razia 19 years old and Sabkur Nahar 20 years old.

Giving information, the police further said that a gang works to settle illegal Rohingyas. They are brought from Myanmar to Bangladesh and then smuggled through international borders in Assam, Tripura, West Bengal. After this, its fake documents are made and sent to other parts of the country via rail route. Where they carry out these illegal activities.
