Asad Ahmed, the accused son of Mafia Atiq Ahmed and shooter Ghulam, the main accused in the Umesh Pal murder case, have been handed over today. During this neither Atiq Ahmed was present nor Asad’s mother Shaista Parveen did not reach. Although earlier speculations were rife that Shaista might surrender to see her son’s face for the last time, but she was nowhere to be seen. The police have now started devising a new strategy to crack down on Shaista.

According to media reports, Mafia Atiq Ahmed pleaded before the police to see his son’s face for the last time. Ateeq’s lawyer Vijay told that when the police flatly refused to give permission, we thought of filing an application in the court. He told that before we could file an application in the court, Asad Ahmed was handed over before that. In such a situation, we are not applying in the court.

Mother Shaista also did not come to see Asad’s face for the last time.

On the other hand, Asad’s mother Shaista Parveen also did not come to see the face of her son Asad Ahmed for the last time. Everyone expected Shaista to surrender to attend Asad’s funeral. The police had already done complete planning to arrest him before surrender. Policemen in plain clothes were deployed not only at Shaista’s house but also around the houses of her close ones. Not only this, when Assad’s body was brought to the cemetery this morning, a thorough search was conducted of every person who came here. Police personnel in plain uniform were stationed nearby as well, but Shaista was nowhere to be seen during this period. However, discussions are going on on social media that even though Shaista did not come to the cemetery today, she will definitely come to offer flowers on her son’s grave. In such a situation, a demand is being made to the police that the cemetery should be kept under watch.

There is a reward of 50 thousand on Shaista

Shaista Parveen had provided help to the accused in the Umesh Pal murder case. The police had declared a reward of Rs 25,000 on him. Later it was increased to Rs 50,000. Despite this, he is still away from the custody of the police.

Dead bodies were taken directly to the cemetery instead of home

Along with Asad Ahmed, the dead body of shooter Ghulam was also taken directly to the cemetery instead of being taken home. While Asad Ahmed was buried at the Kasari Masari cemetery in Prayagraj, Ghulam’s body was handed over to the Mehndori cemetery. The entire process of burying Asad was performed by his maternal grandfather and maternal uncle. The police also checked the IDs of all the people who came to see Asad’s body outside the cemetery. Most of the relatives were also not allowed to pay their last respects. Only 35 relatives and family members could attend.
