Rajasthan Elections 2023: The ruling Congress party in Rajasthan released its manifesto for the Assembly Elections 2023 today i.e. on Tuesday, 21 November. It has been released today by Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara. In this manifesto, it has been claimed to provide 10 lakh jobs in 5 years. In this manifesto it was said that 10 lakh new jobs will be given to the youth. Also, four lakh new government jobs will be given. CCTV cameras will be installed in public places for the safety of women. An additional free monthly coupon for fare discount for transport travel will be announced. Not only this, guards will be appointed for the safety of women. MSP law will be made for farmers. Interest free loan up to Rs 2 lakh will be given.
Under MNREGA, the period of employment for laborers will be increased to 150 days. Under Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme, the period of employment will be increased to 150 days. Auto and taxi drivers will be included in the Gig Workers Act. In the medical sector, the amount of Chiranjeevi Health Protection Insurance will be increased from Rs 25 lakh to Rs 50 lakh. Chiranjeevi will be included in the national IVF package for infertile couples.

Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot said in a press conference that the people of Rajasthan will be proud of the way we have handled the financial situation of Rajasthan. Per capita income in Rajasthan has increased by 46.48 percent. Our dream is to achieve number-one position in per capita income by 2030. In 2020-21, the state’s GDP reached 19.50, the highest in the decade. He said Gehlot has already announced seven guarantees or promises to the people of Rajasthan if Congress is re-elected.
