Mallikarjun Kharge in Rajasthan: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has filed nomination from Sardarpura assembly seat on Monday. After this, CM Gehlot addressed a public meeting in his constituency. Many senior leaders of the party including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge were present in this public meeting. During this, Kharge fiercely targeted the Central Government and BJP. He said that the Central Government is harassing Congress leaders with the help of investigative agencies.
Nothing will be achieved by giving good speeches – Kharge
Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge said in a program organized in Jodhpur that BJP and the Central Government are trying to harass our leaders. Those who are doing good work, let them work. The people of the country will benefit from this. Kharge said that nothing will be achieved by mere talks. He said that there should be schools for food, jobs and learning. Nothing will be achieved by raising slogans and giving good speeches in the country.
‘BJP is harassing Congress leaders’
Kharge said that wherever PM Modi goes to give a speech, ED, IT and CBI are sent there first. Raids were conducted on Congress people and allegations were made that you are the ones who are looting the country. Kharge said that the Modi government is working to harass our leaders. BJP stands in the way of those who do good work. Good work always benefits people, but some people do not want the welfare of the public.
‘Modi government is snatching away all the jobs’
Kharge further said that Jawaharlal Nehru ji opened big factories, which provided jobs to lakhs of people, but the Modi government is snatching away all the jobs one by one and giving the remaining things to Adani. BJP has brought ED, CBI, IT in place of big companies in the country, which promote Modi government by making false allegations against the opposition.
The atmosphere is in our favor – CM Gehlot
At the same time, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot said that the atmosphere is in our favor in these elections. The opposition has nothing to say. They are not able to make any allegations, hence making false allegations. They do not discuss our achievements. We have taken important decisions one by one. CM Gehlot further said that today the guarantee of Rajasthan government is being discussed in the entire country. All our guarantees will become better and stronger in the times to come. Therefore, I appeal to all of you to come forward and make the Congress candidates win with an overwhelming majority. Form Congress government again in Rajasthan.
