Vikas Bagga Murder Case: Police have achieved a major success in the murder case of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vikas Bagga in Nangal, Punjab. Apart from this, the police has also revealed a conspiracy related to Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. VHP’s Nangal unit president Vikas Bagga was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen at his shop near Rupnagar railway station on Saturday evening, April 13. Police have arrested two suspects Mandeep Kumar and Surendra Kumar.

Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said that the Rupnagar police and the state Special Operation Cell solved the Vikas murder case in less than three days.

The accused are associated with the terrorist module
The DCP said that Rupnagar police in a joint operation with SSOC Mohali have arrested 2 operatives of a terror module supported by Pakistan-based terrorist masterminds. Vikas murder case has been solved. The police had also placed a reward of Rs 1 lakh on these accused.

ISI is misleading unemployed youth
The investigation has revealed the nexus between ISI and some unemployed youth of Punjab. The ISI is allegedly recruiting unemployed people as sleeper cells by luring them with money and drugs to carry out targeted killings in Punjab.

The accused are residents of Nawa city of Punjab. Recently went to Portugal in search of employment. He was recruited by ISI for this work. He was promised a job, but in return he was trapped by ISI operatives. He was assigned the task of targeting drug-addicted youth in Punjab and killing them.

70 thousand rupees were received for murder

The order for the attack reportedly came from Portugal-based ISI operatives. The masterminds behind these operations are believed to be linked to Pakistan-based terrorist group Babbar Khalsa International.
