Bhopal : Heavy rains are continuing in Madhya Pradesh for the last few days. Due to the incessant rains, the river drain is in spate. Because of which there is a possibility of flood in most parts. In view of which the Meteorological Department has issued an alert. According to the department, the weather condition will remain the same in the entire state for the next few days. It has been raining intermittently in the capital Bhopal since Wednesday morning, while there is a possibility of extremely heavy rains in some districts of the state. In view of which the Meteorological Department has issued Orange and Yellow alerts.

Yellow and orange alerts issued in these parts

According to the Meteorological Department, on Wednesday, along with the districts of Narmadapuram division, a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rains in Umaria, Seoni, Katni, Sagar, Balaghat, Shahdol, Dindori, Tikamgarh, Ashoknagar and Shivpuri. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rain as well as lightning in Panna, Chhatarpur and Satna. Along with this, an orange alert has been issued for heavy to very heavy rains in Rewa, Sidhi and Singrauli districts.

It will rain in these districts too

According to the Meteorological Department, today there is a possibility of rain in Bhopal, Ujjain and Indore divisions as well as some places in Gwalior, Datia, Bhind and Morena districts. Apart from this, rain is expected at many places in Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Sheopur districts along with the districts of Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Sagar and Rewa divisions.
