On the other hand, due to rain, the rivers and streams are in spate. In view of this, the district administration has opened the gates of 6 dams today. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather condition will remain the same for the next few days. Regarding which the Meteorological Department has issued an alert. Today there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in 37 districts of the state.

Along with this, another weather system may become active between 27th and 29th September. Due to this, heavy rains are expected again in different parts of the state. According to scientists, a low pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal which can bring heavy rains in the state next week.

The Meteorological Department has today issued an orange alert of heavy rain in 5 districts of the state. Orange alert has been issued in Harda, Dindori, Seoni, Balaghat and Mandla. Mandsaur, Ratlam, Harda, Vidisha and Rajgarh received heavy rain on Sunday.
Yellow alert issued in these districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain and thundershowers in more than 24 districts of Madhya Pradesh. Singrauli, Anuppur, Sagar, Bhopal, Sidhi, Rewa, Satna, Shahdol, Agar Malwa, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Bhind, Anuppur and Umaria districts including districts of Narmadapuram, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior-Chambal and Jabalpur divisions. Yellow alert has been issued.
