MP GOVERNMENT:Bhopal. DPC was held in the Ministry regarding promotion of IPS officers in Madhya Pradesh. The DPC was held in the presence of Chief Secretary (CS) Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Rajesh Rajoura, Additional Chief Secretary Mohammad Suleman and DGP Sudhir Saxena.

On Tuesday, DPC was held in the Ministry for the promotion of IPS officers of all batches. DPC was held to make Special DG, ADG, IG and DIG. Officers of 1990 and 91 batch will become Special DG and officers of 99 batch will become ADG.

Officers of 1999 batch will be made ADG, while officers of 2006 batch will be made IG. Officers of 2009 batch and 2010 batch will become DIG. Whereas officers of 2011 batch will be given selection grade. Their names are being considered for ADG. 1999 batch IPS officers Deepika Suri, Rakesh Gupta, Niranjan B Vaygankar, but IPS officer Niranjan B Vaygankar is still running. Due to investigation, he could not be promoted even to the post of DIG. Their names are being discussed for Special DG.

1990 batch IPS officers Anuradha Shankar Singh, Vijay Kataria, BD Sharma and 1991 batch officers Pragyaricha Srivastava, Varun Kapoor, Upendra Jain and Alok Ranjan can be made special DG. The names of 2006 batch Arvind Saxena, Mithlesh Shukla, Anurag Sharma, RRS Parihar, Anil Kushwaha, Ruchivardan Mishra, Chandrashekar Solanki, N Chitra, Rajesh Hingankar, Ashuman Singh, Manish Kapuria are being considered for IG. The names of IPS officers Siddharth Bahuguna, Nimish Aggarwal, Mohammad Yusuf Qureshi, Atul Singh, Satendra Shukla, Tushar Kant Vidyarthi, Amit Sanghi, Saket Pandey, Virendra Singh, Prashant Khare, Abid Khan, Ashutosh Pratap Singh are being discussed for DIG.
