MP Election 2023: Bhopal. Congress has released its promissory note today on October 17 (Tuesday) for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. In the Congress manifesto, an effort has been made to help the youth, farmers and women. Congress has included in its letter a promise to fill four lakh vacant government posts in the state within 6 months.
Will start Swabhiman Yojana
In this promissory note of Congress, it has been said that if the government is formed, the matter of starting Swabhiman Yojana for the youth has also been added in the promissory note. Under this scheme, graduate youth of the state will be given Rs 3,000 per month. Whereas diploma holders will be given Rs 1500, while two lakh youth will be given Rs 8 to 10 thousand per month through skill training. For this, Yuva Swabhiman Yojana card will be issued.

1. Will make a law for government recruitment.
2. 2.00 lakh government posts will be filled.
3. Two-four new posts will be created and filled in every Gram Panchayat.
4. We will move forward to ensure that only the youth of the state get priority in government jobs.
5. Contestants will be given 100 percent exemption in examination fee.
6. Recruitments pending for the last 18 years – of teachers, police, patwari, forest guard, nurses etc. will be filled.
7. Under Yuva Swabhiman, financial assistance of Rs 1500 to 3000/- per month will be given to needy educated unemployed youth for 2 years.
8. Will create a professional hub in Bhopal.
9. Will start a digital university in Madhya Pradesh.
10. Will improve the quality of higher education, medical education, technical education.
11. Will conduct regular elections of the student union.
12. ‘Bring Medal-Get Position’, Bring Medal-Become a Crorepati, Bring Medal-Win Car, Bring Medal-Get Scholarship scheme for the young players of the state.
