MP Elections 2023:Bhopal, .In Madhya Pradesh, Congress has changed candidates on four seats. Congress has made changes in the candidates of Sumavali, Papiriya, Badnagar and Javra seats. Congress has nominated Ajab Singh Kushwaha in place of Kuldeep Sikarwar from Sumawali, Virendra Belvanshi in place of Guru Charan Khare from Pipariya, Murli Morwal in place of Rajendra Singh Solanki from Badnagar and Virendra Singh Solanki in place of Himmat Shrimal from Javra.

Congress changed its candidate after protests in Sumawali assembly. Now present MLA Ajab Singh Kushwaha will replace Kuldeep Singh Sikarwar. Ticket of Congress candidate Kuldeep Sikarwar was cut. There were continuous protests in Sumawali due to which Congress took the decision.

Rajendra Singh’s ticket canceled

Due to protest, Congress canceled the ticket of candidate Rajendra Singh from Badnagar assembly of Ujjain and gave the ticket to Murli Morwal. Morwal was a sitting MLA from Congress. When Rajendra Singh got the ticket, his supporters had demonstrated in Bhopal.

After the announcement of the ticket, the difficulties for the Congress, which was facing infighting, were not decreasing. Congress’ assembly election contenders were continuously meeting senior leaders and demanding to change the ticket. In such a situation, the tickets issued by the All India Congress Committee were not decreasing. The decision has come out regarding four seats where Congress candidates have been changed.

Earlier, three candidates were changed in the past. Congress made changes in the third list by fielding Narmada Prasad Prajapati, who was the Assembly Speaker in the Kamal Nath government, from Gotegaon in Narsinghpur district (reserved for Scheduled Castes), Rajendra Bharti from Datia against Home Minister Narottam Mishra and Arvind Singh from Pichhor in place of Shailendra Singh. Lodhi has been given the ticket.

Congress changed candidates on these seats

Congress has not changed its candidate from Shivpuri. KP Singh Kakkaju is the candidate from here. So there is a wait at Shujalpur and Niwari also. Meanwhile, efforts are on to change Congress’s candidate from Amla seat.
