748 books were distributed free of cost to the students

Presently there are 2275 MBBS seats in the Government Medical Colleges in the state, in today’s program about 748 books have been distributed free of cost to the students, whereas 650 books have been demanded and received. Seeing the priority being given to Hindi language, Minister Sarang is very happy.

Matter of pride for MP

Minister Sarang said that it is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh to start medical studies in Hindi for the first time in the country. We have made a difficult task easy and we have become the first state in the country to offer MBBS education in Hindi. We will work out of the box, only then people will be able to recognize us. In the first phase, students studying in Hindi will be given education for two months in Hindi and two months in English.

Books will be distributed free of cost in government colleges

Let us tell you that at present books have been distributed to the first year students of MBBS. The minister claimed that by September the second year book of MBBS would also be ready in Hindi. After this Hindi books of third and fourth year will be prepared. Virtually 12 medical colleges were also involved in the programme. Books of the first year were distributed free of cost in all government medical colleges of the state.
