Bhopal. Since the commencement of the first Vande Bharat Express train of the state, some or the other complaints are coming to the fore regarding its survey. On Tuesday, while coming from Delhi to Rani Kamlapati station, there was a defect in the gate of C-14 coach of the train. Due to which the gate of the train was left open. Due to which the train was not cooling properly even after the AC was on. So there was a constant smell coming from the toilet. Due to which the passengers have to face a lot of trouble. In this regard, a passenger named Abbas traveling in the coach has complained to the Railways. It is noteworthy that on April 9, there was a case of shortage of food in Vande Bharat Express.

In which many passengers could not get food due to shortage of food in coach number C-13. Due to which the passengers created ruckus. However, a day later, IRCTC imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on New Delhi’s contractor RK Associates in this regard.

Passengers were troubled by the lack of cooling and the smell of the toilet

Passengers traveling in the train say that due to the opening of the gate of the coach where the AC of the train was not cooling properly even after it was started. There was a feeling of humidity in the coach. So there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. Even after paying more fare in such a good train, if you do not get the facilities, then there is no use of traveling in it. So the Railway Board has taken this matter into cognizance. Also investigation is going on. After all, for what reason the gate of the coach remained open.
