Liquor Seized: Police strict for elections, liquor worth Rs 24 thousand seized from railway station

Checking campaign is also being conducted at many places. Police have been ordered to take action for seizure during the code of conduct period. Under this, the Railway Police has seized foreign liquor worth Rs 24 thousand from Bhopal Railway Station during checking. It is being told that the accused was carrying this liquor in a bag.

According to the information, a joint team of GRP and RPF staff formed at GRP Police Station Bhopal on Thursday arrested a 44-year-old suspect, Satyapal Kukreja, father Dayaram Kukreja. Which is situated behind Kotwali Bhandedhi Gate Ranipura Scindia Temple. It has been told that the accused Pithu was trying to get out of the railway station with the bag. The suspect was stopped by the police and interrogated regarding the items kept in the bag. During interrogation, it was revealed that the accused had kept 12 bottles of English liquor of Johnny Lever Black Level brand in the bag. Whose price is said to be Rs 24 thousand. The accused had bought it from Faridabad, Haryana and brought it to Bhopal. The police have registered a case against the accused and seized the liquor. The accused has also been arrested.
