Kamal Nath said- Congress will bring no-confidence motion against Madhya Pradesh assembly speaker

Bhopal, State Congress President and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said that the way action has been taken against MLA Jitu Patwari in the House, we have lost faith in the present Speaker. We will bring a no-confidence motion against the Speaker in the House on Friday. He said that the assembly has been formed so that we can keep our point. Our colleagues in the Vidhan Sabha raised many issues today, there was no such issue which did not have evidence.

Government starts running away from discussion

Talking to reporters after the meeting of Congress MLAs at his residence, Kamal Nath said that whenever we talk about holding a discussion in the House, asking questions related to corruption, the government starts running away from the discussion. The question is not only of Jitu Patwari, but of parliamentary decorum. The suspension of Jeetu Patwari was pre-decided. This has happened under conspiracy. He said that interest of Rs 24 thousand crore is being given every year by the government. Instead of answering all the issues, they had already decided that they would not allow the House to function. Their plan is that the House should not function. Suspension of a member from the Legislative Assembly is strangulation.

MLAs said – will answer by being outspoken

The Congress termed the suspension of MLA Jitu Patwari during the budget session of the Vidhansabha as dictatorship of the government. In the meeting of party MLAs at the residence of State Congress President Kamal Nath, it was decided to bring a no-confidence motion against the Assembly Speaker. In the meeting, the MLAs said that every wrong policy of the ruling party in the house will be answered out loud. Addressing the meeting, Kamal Nath said that this is an undemocratic step. The speaker of the assembly should reconsider his decision. He said that unilateral action is not in accordance with the high traditions of the Vidhansabha. At the same time, former minister Sajjan Singh Verma said that Jitu Patwari has been suspended in a dictatorial manner at the behest of BJP. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Dr. Govind Singh said that Jitu Patwari did not do any wrong, he was raising the issue of the public and was besieging the government on it. Patwari was suspended so that the truth does not come in front of the public, which is highly condemnable. MLA Jeetu Patwari said in his statement that suspension is not a big deal, the point is that the person who took the oath of truthfulness and integrity is ordering suspension at the behest of the government. Can’t face the truth. Taking loans on one side and selling government property on the other side, these people are tarnishing the temple of democracy. They will have to bear the consequences of this.
