Rape of 12 year old child
While giving information to the police, the victim boy said that a person living near the house had misbehaved with him. The child had gone to the shop to buy stationery items from his home. On the way, he met the accused and after luring her, he took her to his home. Took her home and forcibly had unnatural sex with her. During this time, when the young man started protesting, he was threatened and asked to remain silent. After which the accused left the young man.
Case registered against the accused under POCSO Act
After which, when the young man reached home, he told the entire incident to his family members. The family members were shocked to hear about this. After this the father reached the police station with the child and lodged a complaint against the accused. The police have also registered a case against the accused under the section of POCSO Act and the accused has been arrested.
