The accused raped her for a month

He was identified as a woman living near Dr. Kaul Nursing Home. Whereas the parents of the 15 year old minor have already died. She lives with her relatives in a house near Dr. Kaul Nursing Home. In the month of August, retired hospital employee Ashok Vajpayee, with the help of his female relative, raped the girl for almost a month in her house in Scindia Nagar of University police station area.
Case registered under POCSO Act, Dalit oppression
When the minor’s family came to know about this, they registered a case against the accused. However, the accused have not been arrested yet. Both the accused are absconding since this incident came to light. Police have registered a case against both of them under sections of POCSO Act, rape and Dalit oppression. The police have also claimed that the accused will be arrested soon.
