First Vande Bharat train of North Zone will run between Jabalpur-Indore, halt will be at Ranikamalapati station

Bhopal. The first Vande Bharat train of Madhya Pradesh and North Zone will operate between Jabalpur-Indore. Which will have stoppages at Ranikamlapati and Itarsi stations of Bhopal division. Preparations have been made by the Railways regarding this. The track has also been prepared for the maintenance of the train in Jabalpur. This train can start in the first week of April.

Train will be able to run as soon as new rake is found

The track at Jabalpur Coaching Depot has also been prepared for the maintenance of modern coaches installed in Vande Bharat. An electric line has also been laid here from the railway station to the yard, but till now the railway has not decided the date of operation of this train. According to sources, the Vande Bharat train was set to run in the end of February or the first week of March, but recently two Vande Bharat train rakes were received from Mumbai. Actually, the rake of Vande Bharat train which was supposed to come to Jabalpur went to Maharashtra. That’s why the new rake is waiting to arrive.

The officers of the North Zone are hopeful that a new rake will be available in the month of April.

Route speed fixed, doubt on stop

The officers of the North Zone are brainstorming about the time, speed and stoppages of the train. Due to non-fixation of the day of operation of the train, people are facing trouble. The route of this train from Jabalpur to Indore has already been decided. At the same time, this train will run at a maximum speed of 130 km per hour, but at what time this train will run from Jabalpur and Indore. Also, what will remain of this route. At which stations will it halt. It is not decided yet. In this regard, a proposal has been prepared by the North Zone. In which the halt of the train at Ranikamlapati and Itarsi stations of Bhopal division has gone somewhere. This proposal will be sent for Railway Board permission. From there, after the green signal, the operation of the train will start.

Half a dozen MPs of MP are active regarding Vande Bharat train

Half a dozen MPs of Madhya Pradesh including Jabalpur, Indore, Jabalpur are active regarding this train. These MPs met the Railway Minister and demanded to start the train at the earliest.

Date will be released from PMO only

According to railway officials, the operation of Vande Bharat train, the work of providing rakes, has been done by divisions and zones.
