Big success for BJP in Chhindwara, 7 seats for BJP and 6 seats for Congress in the state

Bhopal. BJP got 7 seats and Congress got 6 seats in the by-elections for the post of councilor each in 13 urban bodies of 10 districts of the state. There was a tough fight between the two. The most interesting contest took place in Bilhara and Bandri in Sagar district. In Bandri, BJP candidate got 90 percent i.e. 996 votes and Congress candidate got only 96 votes. Similarly, BJP candidate Sandeep Singh Chauhan won the election in Chhindwara. He got 1226 votes, while the Congress candidate had to be satisfied with only 790 votes. BJP got victory in Bilhara, Jaura, Kotar, Chhindwara, Bandri, Budhar and Ratangarh. While Congress won in Satna, Dongar Parasia, Sardarpur, Mandsaur, Satwas and Shahpur.

Congress did not get even 100 votes, BJP candidate got 90 percent votes.

The results of the by-elections held in 13 urban bodies of 10 districts of Madhya Pradesh have been declared. In this, the Bharatiya Janata Party has got the biggest victory in Bandri urban body of Khurai assembly constituency of Sagar district. 90 percent of the votes of the area have gone to the BJP’s account. Where the BJP has performed unilaterally here, the Congress candidate could not even get a hundred votes. This victory is being linked to all-round development and strong mass base in his area. In 10 districts, by-elections were also held for the post of councilors in two urban bodies of Sagar district. In these, elections were also held for Ward 10 councilor of Bandri Municipal Council of Khurai assembly constituency.

Congress fielded Rajbhan Yadav against BJP candidate Pushpendra Mahesh Yadav. BJP candidate Pushpendra Yadav has won by 791 votes, which is the biggest victory in these by-elections. The special thing is that the Congress held meetings in the Khurai assembly and also took meetings in the wards. Despite all this, the Congress candidate had to yearn for votes in this Municipal Council of Khurai Assembly Constituency. Where the public gave 887 votes to BJP candidate Pushpendra. Whereas the Congress candidate could get only 96 votes. The BJP candidate has got the biggest victory of the state. Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has congratulated the winning candidate Pushpendra and all the workers of the area for this huge victory.
