After getting the order of the government, the officers also started joining soon showing activism. The newly appointed commissioner of Bhopal has also assumed charge while taking charge.

Newly appointed Commissioner of Bhopal Municipal Corporation, Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma has assumed his charge with new responsibilities. Following the official protocol, the old commissioner has handed over the charge to the new commissioner. Earlier, KVS Chaudhary Kolsani performed his duties well as the commissioner of Bhopal Municipal Corporation. Now he has given his charge to the new commissioner.

Pawan Kumar is a 1999 batch IAS.

Apart from Bhopal, the newly appointed commissioner Pawan Kumar will also have the charge of Narmadapuram division. Dr. Pawan was earlier appointed as the commissioner of Indore. Where he completed his tasks well for a long time. Prior to joining in Bhopal, Pawan Kumar joined after a formal meeting with senior officials. Dr. Pawan is a 1999 batch IAS.

Collector Bhopal Ashish Singh and other departmental officers were also present during the joining of Commissioner Pawan Kumar. During this, while introducing themselves to the commissioner, the staff members also met him. With this, most of the officers transferred across the state made their new joining. Those officers who have not joined yet, speculations are being made that they will also join soon.
