Bhopal. Collector Ashish Singh has issued orders under Section 144 on Saturday regarding the counting of the assembly to be held on December 3. There is a ban on possessing sharp weapons. There will also be a ban on meetings, protests, demonstrations and rallies. If the order is violated, action will be taken under Section 188, due to which the candidates will not be able to celebrate the victory.
Officials will keep an eye
These orders have been issued to maintain peace and order during the elections. The concerned SDM, Tehsildar and police officers have been asked to keep an eye on this. The order states that no more than 5 or more persons will gather at one place at a time without permission. Without permission, no meeting, demonstration, procession, vehicle rally will be organised. DJ or band will not be allowed to play without permission. If allowed, they can be played only at the prescribed decibels.
