He expressed his displeasure after seeing the waste generated during the cleaning work of many roads, routes, streets etc. Also asked to get the garbage picked up immediately and instructed not to allow GVP to be built anywhere. Asked to advise the residents and shopkeepers who throw garbage on the roads and take spot fine action against them. He also instructed those throwing garbage outside the colonies to advise them not to throw garbage in the open.

On Saturday, the Corporation Commissioner said stop number 6, Board Office Square, Chetak Bridge, Shanti Niketan Road, Subhash Nagar, Prabhat Square, Apsara Talkies, Govindpura, Bogdapul, Barkhedi, Bharat Talkies Tiraha, Yadgar-e-Shahjahani Park Road, Kali Mandir, D.Mart Tiraha, Chiklod Road, Jinsi, Slater House Road, Arera Hills, Mansarovar Complex, Rani Kamlapati Station, Ganesh Mandir, E.3, E.7 Arera Colony, 10 No. Stop, Lala Lajpat Rai Colony, Shahpura Basant Kunj, Bharat Observed cleanliness arrangements in areas like Nagar Road, Manisha Market, Bittan Market, Char Imli area etc.
Heaps of spoiled vegetable waste in Bittan Market
The Corporation Commissioner gave instructions to immediately pick up the green waste lying on Bittan Market main road and also to take disciplinary action against those dumping the garbage. Took information regarding door-to-door garbage collection, garbage transportation and disposal along with cleaning of main roads, streets, public places etc. Along with this, shopkeepers etc. who throw garbage on the roads were advised to keep dustbins and to give garbage only to vehicles collecting door to door garbage. Instructions were given to take spot fine action against them.
The Commissioner also explained to the Assistant Health Officer
Corporation Commissioner Noble gave instructions to the Assistant Health Officer to close the GV point near Arjun Nagar Basti located on Apsara Talkies Road, discuss with the residents and give advice and collect garbage from the houses. Also, after seeing the garbage and filth on the open land adjacent to Bogda Bridge, instructions were given to clean the said place.
Spot fine on hotels that burn tandoor in the open
On Saturday, the staff of Zone 4 of the Municipal Corporation took action against Hotel Rajhans and Mughal Darbar and recovered an amount of Rs 2 thousand each and got the tandoors closed, while the case against Zamzam Restaurant located at Alpana Tiraha will be presented in the court. NGT had asked the corporation to take action against those causing pollution by burning tandoor, fireplace, furnace etc. in the open.

The corporation took spot fine action against those who installed canopies on the road without permission and washed vehicles on the road with drinking water. The staff of the Health Department of the Corporation took action in various areas on Saturday and collected an amount of Rs 24 thousand 850 as spot fine. The staff of the Health Department of the Corporation stopped people from spreading dirt, throwing waste, polythene and single use plastic on roads, footpaths, public places etc. While taking action against those who are using and setting up stalls etc. on the roads without permission and those who are washing vehicles with drinking water on the road, 2 arrests have been made against Hero Motor Cycles who are advertising by installing canopies on the main road without permission in Ward 62 under Zone 15. Spot fine of thousand rupees recovered. Apart from this, an amount of Rs 4 thousand 100 was recovered in 25 cases in Zone 4, Rs 9 thousand in 24 cases in Zone 5, Rs 5 thousand 300 in 33 cases in Zone 14 and Rs 4 thousand 400 in 17 cases in Zone 18. Thus, in total 100 cases, an amount of Rs 24 thousand 850 was recovered as spot fine.
