Bhopal. Police have arrested the accused who stole the doctor’s iPhone from the billing counter of Chirayu Hospital in Bhainsakhedi located in Khajuri Road police station area. The accused had stolen the doctor’s mobile with the help of his mother-in-law. He was again roaming around the hospital with the intention of Chauri, when the police caught him on the information of the informer. The stolen iPhone has been recovered from the accused.
ASI Sanjay Mishra told that Dr. Priya Chawla is doing internship at Chirayu Hospital Bhaisakhedi and lives in hostel. She told the police that on April 18, she was standing near the bill counter. During this time there was a lot of crowd, only then someone had stolen the mobile from the pocket of his apron. Being busy, she could not complain to the police. On April 27, he had complained to the police. The police searched the footage of the CCTV camera installed near the bill counter, during which a woman was seen stealing the mobile from the doctor’s pocket. The cost of the stolen mobile was 70 thousand rupees. When the police saw the footage of other CCTV cameras, another suspect was seen. Based on the footage, the police set up an informer system.
Suspect seen near the gate
Police detained a suspect near the egg shop at the gate of Chirayu Hospital. During interrogation, he told that on April 18, he had come to the hospital to get his son treated. During this, her mother-in-law Keshfu L Bai had stolen the mobile from the hospital counter. He has kept the said mobile at his house in Gandhi Nagar. Police told the accused his name as Dildar Puwar father Purshottam Puwar (19) Pardi Mohalla, Gond Basti Gandhi Nagar. The police have seized the stolen mobile from the accused’s house on the spot.
