Bhopal. In the Kolar police station area, a case of indecent act by a 63-year-old man with an eight-year-old and a four-year-old girl has come to light. The accused used to call girls in his shop and indulge in obscene acts with them. Fifteen days ago, he had committed obscene acts with an eight-year-old girl and two days ago with a four-year-old girl. When the family came to know about the incident, they complained to the police. The police have registered a case against the accused elderly man for molestation and arrested him under sections of the Paxo Act. Station in-charge Jai Kumar Singh said that four-year-old and eight-year-old girl lives in the area. His father owns a dairy and garments shop respectively. The family told that at some distance from the shop, 63-year-old Ramnerash Trivedi has a shop for worship material. Ramnaresh has been accused by the aggrieved party that he used to call the girls to the shop on any pretext and used to molest their private parts. The accused had committed obscene acts with an eight-year-old girl about fifteen days ago, but the family forgave the mistake of the accused and instructed the girl not to go to the shop, but two days ago the accused had sex with the four-year-old girl. When the obscene act was done, the people of both the families reached the police station and complained against the accused.
