Sirsa:Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that the amount of Rs 70 lakh withdrawn from Auto Market Sirsa in 1997-98 will be refunded along with bank interest. In addition, the Prime Minister announced that dedicated areas would be made available in the automobile market for shops, gas stations, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The chief minister listened to the problems of shopkeepers after conducting a surprise inspection of the Sirsa auto market on Sunday.

The chief minister said that 210 new stores will be built in the auto market at a cost of Rs 7 billion and these stores will be allotted through auction. These stores are distributed only to people who operate in the field related to this sector. In this way, the right people will reap the benefits of the business and the automobile market will also be fully developed.

The chief minister said that an auction would soon be held for setting up a petrol pump on the land earmarked for the petrol pump at the auto market. The minimum base price will be kept at Rs 9 crore so that people in the area can reap the full benefit of it. He said the council had built 36 shops on about an acre of land in the auto market, which would be auctioned to the shopkeepers at collector’s price. The Prime Minister said that space has also been earmarked for two petrol stations and a restaurant in the car market. This property will also be auctioned. In this way, the automobile market will be equipped with all the facilities.

The Chief Minister reached the Sirsa Auto Market and inspected the market established 38 years ago and listened to the problems of the shopkeepers. The problems of this market, founded in 1985, have been solved. The chief minister then met more than 750 displaced families from Thehar at the Housing Board and also listened to their problems. The chief minister said that the families who were temporarily accommodated in Housing Board flats on the premises of the archeology department will soon be allotted plots of 100 yards to 100 yards through purchase of plots in Salar village as per the court’s orders.

The Chief Minister said that the Group D recruitment work will be completed by next month and the Haryana government will soon work to provide jobs to the youth. The Sirsa journalists then thanked the Prime Minister by presenting him with a shawl for the pension increase.
