Narnaul: The devotee helper, who had come down to bathe in the Surana canal, drowned in the strong current of water. The deceased has been identified as Deepak Singh Tanwar, aged around 22 years. After receiving the information, police reached the spot and started searching for the body. A diving team was also called, but the body was not found. Eventually the water in the canal was stopped, after which the youth’s body was found. The body was handed over to the family after the autopsy. The police registered a case following a complaint from the deceased’s uncle and initiated an investigation.
Deceased and trailer driver goes to Faridabad with mining
According to the information, Deepak Singh Tanwar, a resident of Ramnagar village in Kotputli Rajasthan, was a helper on the trailer. He wanted to go to Faridabad on Thursday afternoon with mining from Kultajpur area. When he crossed Narnaul and got near 152-D, he stopped there. At this time the village boys were bathing in the canal. When Deepak saw her bathing, he also wanted to bathe and also got into the canal. He couldn’t swim and the water was flowing fast too. After landing in the canal, he drowned and continued to float. The village boys who were bathing nearby also tried to find him but could not find him. The police had a VT carried out on this matter. Following this, the Sadar police reached the spot and tried to find him by descending into the canal with the help of ropes, but he was not found.
With the help of divers, the body of a young man was found
In order to find the drowned teenager in the canal, the police called divers and closed the canal, only then was he found dead. The driver of the trailer was also with Deepak, who informed Deepak’s village Ramnagar over phone, after which people from the village also reached the spot. Police took action based on the statement of Surendra Singh Tanwar, son of deceased Deepak’s uncle, regarding the random accident. After taking action, the police conducted a post-mortem at the Civil Hospital and handed over the body to the family members. The deceased was unmarried and had three brothers and a sister. According to Surendra, all three brothers have now died.
There is no one left in the family who can earn anything
He was the sole breadwinner in late Deepak’s family. One of Deepak’s brothers died when he was 10 to 12 years old because he drowned in a pond. The other brother, however, died about two years ago due to the breakage of an 11,000-volt power cable. The father is disabled in one leg while the mother is deaf and dumb. Now there is no money or land ownership in this family. The villagers brought the body to the village and burnt it in a sad atmosphere.
