The youth’s car, which was traveling from Safiabad village to Narela in Delhi to donate money for marriage, collided with a truck. Two colleagues died in the accident in Narela area and the condition of the third is critical. Narela police station received the information and conducted post-mortem on the bodies. There is sadness in Safiabad village over the death of two companions in the accident.
Rahul (24), a resident of Safiabad village, wanted to attend the Narela wedding ceremony along with his friends Himanshu (23) and Deepak alias Tony in a Brezza car. Himanshu was driving the car. When he arrived near the toll plaza at the Narela border, his car suddenly rammed a truck in front. The car was completely damaged in the accident. Passersby pulled the three friends out. Rahul and Himanshu had died on the spot. Tony was initially admitted to the Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital and later to the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi in a critical condition.
Narela police station has registered a case against the accused truck driver. Police have autopsied the bodies of Rahul and Himanshu and handed them over to their families. Tony’s condition is also said to be serious. An atmosphere of sadness prevails in Safiabad village following the death of two youths in the accident.
