Shivansh Rathi’s 63rd rank in UPSC: Serving as SDM in Delhi, he will soon become an IAS.

Bahadurgarh: Lal Shivansh from Kharhar village once again brought glory to the area by hoisting the flag in the UPSC. Shivansh, who became SDM in his second attempt, excelled in UPSC, secured 63rd rank in All India and fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS. Shivansh lives with his parents and sister in Sector 6 of Bahadurgarh. Shivansh dreamed of becoming an IAS since he was nine years old. Shivansh studied for ten hours every day and when he got tired of studying, he continued to recite Shiva Tandava Strotam along with exercises. Shivansh told that he gets energy by reciting Shiva Tandav Stotram.

Shivansh’s grandfather served in the Indian Army.

Shivansh said that his grandfather Kanwal Singh Rathi retired from the Indian Army and always inspired him to serve the country. Shivansh’s uncle Virendra Rathi was also an IRS and uncle Jitendra is a professor at MDU. With the motivation of his grandfather, uncle, uncle and parents, Shivansh had nurtured the dream of becoming an IAS like his uncle. Shivansh’s maternal uncle, Virendra Kumar, is an IAS in the Punjab cadre. Shivansh’s father Ravindra Rathi also wanted to join the civil service. Had also passed the Haryana Civil Services Examination but could not complete the recruitment due to some reasons.

Shivansh remains devoted

Shivansh is full of devotion. Even before the UPSC results were announced, he sat in the temple and prayed. The name of the house where Shivansh lives in Sector 6 is Shivalay and his younger sister’s name is Shivangi. Shivansh’s younger sister is also preparing for UPSC. He did not take any coaching. Just focuses on self-study. Shivansh says that while preparing for the UPSC exam, it is important to be focused first. He had passed the UPSC last time too and is currently working as an SDM in Delhi.
