Hisar: In connection with the security lapse in Parliament, DSP Sajjan Singh visited Balaji PG in Rampura Mohalla. Meanwhile, the DSP interrogated the accused Neelam along with other girls living in the PG and the PG operator. Accused Neelam’s room was sealed by the local police. Nobody is allowed to go there. Initial investigation revealed that Neelam was a devotee of Rampal and there were many books written by Rampal in her room. As a precautionary measure, policewomen were stationed outside Neelam’s room. Police have seized Neelam’s recordings and DVR from the PG operator. Currently, police are deployed inside and outside the PG and further orders from the central authority are expected.
Earlier, DSP Sajjan Singh Rampur Mohalla reached around 3.30 am and questioned the PG operator and the girls living there about the accused Neelam, who lives in Balaji PG. During this, the DSP asked the girls how Neelam was behaving. When was his arrival and departure? Who were the people she had contact with? How much time did she used to spend in her room? Following this, the girls living in the PG informed that Neelam had come on August 16 to stay in the PG. After a few days, she stayed in the PG for two to three days and stayed out for five days. The girls said that whenever she went to PG, she always told them to go to her village Ghaso Khurda. During interrogation, it emerged that Neelam was interested in politics and discussed revolutionary issues. Neelam’s arrival and departure time in PG has not been fixed. She was released from the PG on the afternoon of November 25th.
DSP Sajjan Singh said that the recordings and DVR of accused Neelam were seized by the PG operator. The girls living with Neelam were interrogated. The girls told police they were open-minded. Currently, the room is sealed and police are deployed inside and outside the PG.
