Man commits suicide in Rohtak: After a man committed suicide at a hotel in Rohtak, his two-page suicide note was found. In this suicide note, he had written that he had committed suicide because five people, including a police officer, were blackmailed in the name of Rs 4 lakh to implicate him in a false case. The accused also accused his brother in a false case. The suicide note demands that the case be reopened and Rohtak IG asked to take strict action against the perpetrators. On the night of March 26, a person committed suicide by hanging himself in a hotel on the Rohtak-Delhi bypass. At the same time, he was identified as 44-year-old Vijay alias Kala. Yesterday, the family members, who were dissatisfied with the police’s actions, demonstrated by placing the body in front of the IG office and also demanded appropriate action.
The police have opened a case against five people
SHO Sunil Kumar of Old Vegetable Market police station said that a case of Vijay’s missing person has already been registered. Now, after a suicide, the section on forcing suicide based on the testimony of family members is added. A case has been initiated against the five defendants and investigations are ongoing. Depending on what comes to light during the investigation, further action will be taken.

He wrote in his suicide note that I Vijay Kumar claimed that one day when I was returning home from my work, a police officer named Ramdhari stopped me at the base in Guhana and told me that you work as a bookie. You sit on the bike with me, I refused and he said that I will put a box of pistol and hashish on you and put you in prison for 10 years. Like your brother Surendra was sent to jail.
I sat on his bike out of fear. He took me to Gaukarna Park and said that I need 30,000 rupees every three months. If I tell anyone about this, I’ll get a case for the pistol and charas and put it in it. Refunded me about 4,000 rupees in several installments. He was so smart that he never spoke on the phone. He would take money from one location and after three months tell him about another location. Sonu, Suresh, Jagge and Sardar alias Jodhi are said to have been involved in this work. A few years ago, Sonu, Jagge, Suresh had placed 180 grams of hashish in the hands of Sardar alias Jadi at my brother Surendra’s shop. In connivance with Ramdhari, Balraj, Seelakram and another police officer, he had sent my brother to jail.
