Bhiwani news:Due to the Education Ministry’s negligence, LTC and ACP benefits for about 3,000 JBT, C&V and TGT teachers remained stuck. As the post of SO (Section Officer) in DEEO office is vacant for 25 days. Due to this, LTC, ACP and other files of the mentioned teachers get stuck. Even after the matter was brought to the attention of the authorities several times, the problem could not be resolved. The state primary school teachers’ association warned that they would be forced to launch an agitation if their problems were not resolved soon.

Let us tell you that about 20 to 25 days ago the SO posted in the DEEO office was transferred somewhere. Since the transfer, no official has been appointed to the post nor has any assignment been given to anyone. Due to this, many files of JBT teachers, C&V and TGT teachers get stuck. Due to the absence of the section head, the file on the additional benefits granted to teachers in the last eight years is also gathering dust in the SO office. Unless SO checks these files and sends them further. Until then, teachers will not be able to take advantage of the benefits of ACP. Similarly, teachers will also be deprived of the option of LTC, which is available every five years. Because after these files are forwarded to the SO by the finance department, the amount is released. Likewise, due to the vacancy of the post of department head, medical bills of many teachers got stuck. Let us tell you here that when a teacher seeks medical treatment, he has to submit the medical bills to the DEEO office. They pass bills. Only then will teachers be entitled to medical bills. The SO appointed by the finance department is responsible for all this work. Unless there is an SO in some office. Until then, much of this department’s work will remain stuck.

42 workers have not received wages for five months

42 account executives and program managers working in DEO and BEO offices across the state and working under the Central Government Scheme Mid-Day Meal for years have not received their salaries for the last five months. Since their salaries are not paid on time, their dependent members are at risk of starvation. The Haryana Employees Union, affiliated to the Haryana Education Ministerial Staff Association, collected information from the spot and also sent a notice to the department. District director Sukesh Kumar, secretary Krishna Rupana, vice president Urmila Devi and treasurer Surendra Rohilla said that the condition of these employees, who work in the education department on nominal salaries, is not good.

Will protest if the problem is not solved: Chahar

Haryana State Primary Teachers Association district president Bhupendra Singh Chahar said LTC and other files have been stuck for 20 days. Due to the vacant position of the SO, not a single file on financial matters will be published. Because of this, teachers face a variety of problems. He warned that if their issue is not resolved soon, they will be forced to take the path of agitation.
