Kharkhoda: Following a lead, CM Flying Soot, a forbidden fuel, was extracted from a brick kiln in Barona. Stored in a closed oven. It was supplied to other kilns. CM Flying confiscated around 30 jute bags and initiated measures.

SI Sunil Kumar, Chief Constable Rajesh, Pollution Department SDO Praveen Kumar, Rahul, involved in CM Flying, inspected the site and discovered soot in large quantities of banned fuel. Two carts loaded with banned bags of fuel were found on the spot. These should be delivered to another Barona kiln. The investigation found more than 30 bags of banned soot. While the closed oven had an inventory of more than 5,000 bags. Pollution Control Board SDO Praveen Kumar said the furnace would be sealed after notifying the furnace owner and further action would be taken according to department rules.
