Karnal: A road bus hit an ITI student near Sector 6 Chowk. The student was seriously injured in the collision with the bus. As soon as students received information about the incident, they gathered at the spot and started pelting stones at the bus. The road driver and the road operator saved their lives by running away from there. But even after his departure, the students’ anger did not subside and they destroyed the bus for a long time, causing the bus to be severely damaged. The police said that after receiving the complaint, a case will be initiated against both parties.

According to the information, Ravi, a resident of Chhapra Kheda, is a student of ITI. Who was standing in Sector 6 Chowk waiting for the vehicle? Many other students also stood with him. During this time, a road bus came and hit Ravi directly and dragged him for a long distance. Ravi was seriously injured in this accident and was rushed to the hospital for treatment where he is undergoing treatment. The students claim the bus driver intentionally tried to drive the bus over them. Students said he was standing on the edge of the square. During this time buses arrived from three streets. The first bus ran the red light at full speed. The second bus then left without stopping. Then the third bus came towards the students standing on the side, hit Ravi directly and dragged him away.

Road workers don’t stop buses

ITI students Sandeep, Ravinder, Ankush Aman and Aman said road drivers did not stop the bus after seeing the students. Even when the bus stops, the windows are closed to prevent students from boarding the bus. Students say they have complained about this several times, but no solution has been found. At the same time, after receiving information about the incident, scores of police officers including SP Shanshak Kumar Sawan, DSP Naib Singh, station incharge Vishnu and Salindra reached the spot. So that there is no chaos. After police arrived, the students who committed the vandalism fled the scene. Using CCTV footage, police began identifying the accused. DSP Naib Singh said no complaint has been received from anyone so far. After receiving the complaint, a case will be registered and action will be taken.
