Kaithal: The complaint against Nazir Satyadev from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office turned out to be fake. Deputy Prime Minister Dushyant Chautala had verbally ordered his suspension. The Chautala OSD immediately implemented his orders by sending them to the Karnal commissioner, whereupon Satyadev was suspended on May 5 and sent to his headquarters in Panipat.

Following a corruption complaint, Deputy Prime Minister Dushyant Chautala had orally ordered Nazir (Assistant) Satyadev to be suspended from the Deputy District Commissioner’s office. On behalf of his OSD, it was immediately implemented by sending it to Commissar Karnal Division, which is why Satyadev was suspended on May 5 and fixed at Panipat. As SDM Dr. Sanjay Kumar investigated his complaint, it was learned that the youth on whose behalf the complaint was made had been in prison for four months. Someone had filed a fake complaint on his behalf. It turned out that the phone number given in the complaint was also from another youth. After SDM Sanjay Kumar submitted the investigation report, DC Jagdish Sharma recommended Satyadev’s reinstatement by sending him to Karnal Divisional Commissioner. After that, Satyadev was reinstated on Friday.

The prison warden presented the report during the investigation

Tehsildar Kaithal and the prison warden presented their respective reports during the investigation conducted by SDM Sanjay Kumar. According to the prison warden’s report, the applicant Sandeep S/o Balwan Singh has been in prison since 4 March 2023 on criminal proceedings. He was never released on parole or bail. Therefore, to appear before the Deputy CM on May 5, 2023 and file a complaint is a lie. When the investigating officer called the phone number provided in the complaint, he met Sandeep s/o Suresh, a youth from the village of Sega. He was also included in the investigation. He stated that he had nothing to do with this complaint. It seems that someone falsified the complaint with the intention of harming Satyadev out of hostility. Satyadev’s statement was also included in the SDM report. The written complaint to the Deputy Prime Minister stated that the district Nazir Satyadev conducts transfers by taking money through political pressure. For almost 15 years, this employee has been spreading corruption in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office and other departments. A vigilance study should be performed.
