Yamuna Nagar News: Last night, unidentified six to seven masked thugs beat to death with sticks a guard at a coal tar and blending plant near Kakdauni village in Yamunanagar district. Meanwhile, the accused attacked and injured him when the deceased’s son rescued after him. Following the complaint of the deceased’s son, the police launched an investigation by opening a case against unknown perpetrators, including for murder.

According to the information, Prince, a resident of Marwan Khurd village, told police that his father Mamchand, 52, had been a guard at the tar coal and blending plant near Kakdauni for the past fifteen years. He slept at the factory at night. He said he was a student at BPharma and was preparing for his studies by staying at the factory at night with his father. He said that like every day last night outside the Mamchand plant, his father slept on the premises with a mosquito net on the camp bed and he worked on the laptop on the porch of the plant. Around twelve o’clock in the night, six or seven masked villains suddenly charged there with sticks in their hands and attacked his sleeping father. As he immediately rushed to save his father, two of the defendants attacked and injured him. Somehow he managed to escape the accused and called his friends. When he reached the plant again with friends, the accused fled in a car.

He picked up his father in critical condition and took him to the hospital. Seeing his father’s serious condition, doctors referred him to Yamuna Nagar Trauma Center. His father died while being treated at the trauma center. As soon as the information was received, the police arrived on site, took the body into custody and handed it over to the relatives after the autopsy. Meanwhile, the police launched investigations and registered a case against six to seven unknown perpetrators on various charges, including murder.

Jagdish Chandra, chief of the Bilaspur Police Station investigating the matter, said a case has been opened against the unidentified man. Investigations into this matter are ongoing. The accused is arrested soon after learning of them.
