Illegal colony case reached CM court: DTP put notice boards on ground, no FIR was lodged

Bahadurgarh: The matter of breaking up an illegal colony in around 50 hectares of Balor village reached the CM court. Grievance committee member and former councilor Jasbir Saini met the chief minister and informed him about the matter. Strict measures were called for here. On the other hand, no FIR has been lodged in this regard but the district town planning department has put up noticeboards on this property.

Ordinary people should not fall prey to traders and buy properties

The general public was requested not to fall prey to traders and purchase a plot here by posting information about the Khasra number and fort number of the plot on the notice board put up by the DTP. DTP has requested complete records of land attached to Tehsildar. Information about the property owners was sought in this file, so that legal action can now also be brought against the property owners. Furthermore, DTP has updated the Khasra number and Kila number of the property online and placed it in the illegal category. It has been ordered not to issue any NOC for these numbers so that in the absence of a NOC no land registration can be made and the token cannot be deducted at the time of registration.

An illegal colony covering 50 acres was deforested in Balor village.

Let us tell you that an illegal colony is being set up on 50 acres of land on Siddipur Road in Balor village. A raffle for the properties also took place on Sunday. Taking cognizance of this matter, DTP has lodged a complaint with the Haryana State Enforcement Bureau. Former councilor Jasbir Saini said that the involvement of officials in the matter cannot be ruled out either. The matter should be seriously investigated. Strict action should be taken against the land mafia and the officials involved in the case. A complaint has been lodged with CM Naib Singh Saini in this regard. Hopefully strict measures will be taken soon.

Notification to traders about deforestation of illegal colonies

DTP Anju June said that the concerned dealer has been notified in case of illegal colony dismantling. A complaint has also been lodged against him to register FIR. Landowner records are maintained. FIR is also registered against him. Public information boards have also been erected on the affected property. The entire records of this property have been updated online by showing Illegal category so no NOC can be issued and no registration can be done.
