Chandigarh. The Haryana government has issued referral and secondment orders for 13 IAS, one IPS and one IRS officials. Rajesh Khullar, awaiting secondment orders, has been seconded as Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments, Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department. Sudhir Rajpal was appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and Department of Civil Aviation. dr Sumita Mishra was appointed as the additional chief secretary of the Department of Medical Education and Research and the Department of Women’s and Child Development.

Ankur Gupta was appointed as an additional chief secretary in the Animal Husbandry and Dairy and Fisheries Departments. Anurag Rastogi was appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department and Public Works (Buildings and Roads) and Architecture Department. Anand Mohan Sharan, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department and Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Department, has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education Department in addition to his current duties. dr Raja Shekhar Vundru has been installed as Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Housing for All and Foreign Cooperation.

Ashok Khemka, Assistant Assistant Secretary of the Archives Department, has been appointed to serve as Assistant Assistant Secretary of the Printing and Stationery Department in addition to his current duties. Apoorva Kumar Singh has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Additional Chief Secretary, Energy Department. Arun Kumar Gupta was appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Urban and Land Planning and Urban Lands and Department of Mining and Geology. Vijender Kumar has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Department of Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Welfare and Antyodaya (Services) and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board. Navdeep Singh Virk, Chief Secretary of the Transport Department, has been appointed Chief Secretary of the Sports Department in addition to his current duties. Devindra Singh Kalyan, IRS-IT, has been appointed as Principal Secretary of the Excise and Tax Division. Vikas Gupta was appointed as Commissioner and Secretary of the Municipal Local Corporations Department and given additional responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of the Haryana Family Identification Authority Amneet P.
