Hansi: In the name of selling 60 Kanal 2 Marla land in Ramayan village, the accused mother and her son together cheated a young man of Rs 4.15 crore. On the complaint of Sanjay Goyal, resident of Urban Estate-2, Hisar, the Cyber ​​Police Station has lodged a case against Delhi resident Abhijeet Singh and his mother Nirupama for cheating in various areas and initiated an investigation.

In the complaint lodged with the police, Sanjay Goyal said that Abhijeet Singh and Nirupama, residents of New Delhi South Extension, contacted him through real estate dealer Pawan Kumar to sell their 60 Kanal 2 Marla property. He owns 60 Kanal 2 Marla properties in Ramayan village. They need money, so this land must be sold. Sanjay trusted Abhijeet Singh and agreed to buy his land. Thereafter, the deal was finalized for sale at Rs 61 lakh per acre. Sanjay says that as per the accused’s instructions, he deposited Rs 4.15 crore as penalty money in the accused’s account and there was talk of handing over the remaining money to the registrar’s office. According to Sanjay, he took Pawan Kumar to the accused’s house in Delhi on September 20. According to the complaint, the accused’s excuse was that the applicant should first transfer the amount of Rs 59 lakh provided by Sanjay from his company’s bank account to him from his personal account. In return, he gave Sanjay a check for 50 lakh rupees. When Sanjay deposited this check in the bank, it cleared. Sanjay claims that Abhijeet embezzled a total of Rs 4.15 million from him on the pretext of selling the land. The defendant threatened to kill him if he registered the land or demanded the money back. The police have registered a case against the accused and are investigating.
