Gurugram: A security guard was shot during a minor argument. A woman accused a neighbor of stealing a sari, after which the woman’s husband shot the neighbor dead. After this incident, there was an uproar throughout the area. The injured in the incident was taken to a nearby private hospital, where he died while being treated. As soon as the information was received, the DLF Phase 3 police station took the body into custody and handed it over to the relatives after the autopsy. In the case, the police took the accused into custody together with his wife. At the same time, the police remain silent on the matter.
In fact, Pintu, 29, from Bihar, was employed as a security guard in a security company and lived in rented accommodation in the Naya Mohalla area of Nathupur for around eight years. His friend Ashok also lived in his room. Her neighbor’s roommate, Ajay, is also a security guard at a gas pump. On Tuesday morning, Ajay’s wife accused Pintu of stealing the sari and began arguing. In the morning, Pintu tried to persuade the woman, but she did not agree, after which Pintu went about his duty. When he returned, the woman’s husband, Ajay, had also returned from service. When the woman told Ajay about this, he started arguing with Pintu. It is said that Ajay was abused for the first time. Seeing the argument, people came separating the two, but Ajay came in a fit of rage, took guns from his room, and shot Pintu dead.
According to Ashok Dubey, Pintu’s roommate, he was cooking food in the room when the incident happened. In the midst of the argument, some people who had been holding Pintu came to their aid while nobody stopped Ajay from bringing the gun and firing it, leading to the incident. When the police arrived at the scene, the injured Pintu was taken to the nearest hospital with the help of people, where he died while being treated. If people are to be believed, the police have taken the suspect into custody and opened a case against Ajay for the murder, but the police are reluctant to say anything.
