Government schools are being upgraded by setting up Model Sanskriti Schools or PM Shri Schools. These schools will surely produce better players who will bring glory to the country. In order to increase children’s enthusiasm for sports, parents must also encourage them, only then will the country get good players, he said.

He encouraged all the players who took part in the three-day sports camp organized at Orchids The International School in association with cricketer Shikhar Dhawan’s Da One Sports Academy and encouraged the children of more than 300 schools to take up sports. He said that a player should stand firmly on the field. One should never accept defeat in life. He worked hard and won a medal for the country, which is why he is in this position today. Today they meet people they would never have dreamed of meeting. This is the result of all the hard work. He said that during the training camp, the children of the school participated in around eight to 10 sports and honed their talent. Intensive coaching sessions were organized for the children in cricket, football, basketball, athletics and swimming, providing excellent guidance to the participants.
