Faridabad: Brother-in-law and sister-in-law committed suicide out of fear of society, bodies were found together

City : The bodies of a young man and a woman were found hanging from a neem tree near a field-built tubular well in the village area of ​​Jawan on Tuesday. Two simultaneous deaths caused a stir throughout the area and a crowd gathered at the scene. According to the information, the police arrived at the scene, took the bodies of both of them and kept them for autopsy in the morgue of the Badshah Khan Civil Hospital in Faridabad. A suicide note was also recovered from the teenager’s bag. The deceased woman was identified as Muskan and the deceased youth as Tarun. The deceased woman was the mother of two children. Both of the deceased are brothers-in-law and committed suicide over fear of local laws.

Vishambhar, the late Muskan’s father, said he was a resident of Barsana village in Uttar Pradesh. His daughter Muskan married Yogesh village of Aharwa in Faridabad district in 2018. After the marriage there are two sons. Today he received information that his daughter had committed suicide. When they reached the spot, they found that the young man who had committed suicide with him was called Tarun, the nephew of Lilavati, his daughter’s mother-in-law. However, if Muskaan’s father is to be believed, a suicide note was recovered from Tarun’s pocket. It is written that Muskaan’s mother-in-law Lilavati and sister-in-law Kavita spent a month defaming Tarun and Muskaan. While both are brother-in-law and sister-in-law in the relationship. Because of this, they both committed suicide. Vishambhar demands action against Lilavati and Kavita. The police are investigating the matter.
