CM Flying Raid: Two companies illegally stored wheat in Bhatla village, 2200 quintals of wheat caught, fine of Rs 3.93 lakh imposed

Hansi: To stop black marketing of wheat and evasion of market dues, CM Flying on Tuesday morning raided warehouses for illegal wheat storage at two places in Bhatla village and at one place wheat was stored in the open. During the raid, the CM Flying team found illegal stocks of around 2,200 quintals of wheat in the warehouses of both companies. The market committee team has imposed a fine of Rs 3 lakh 93 thousand 340 for illegal stocks in the village.

CM Flying had received information about illegal storage

ASI Rakesh Kumar and ASI Surendra Kumar of CM Flying Hisar team reported that CM Flying Hisar team received information that some people in Bhatla village on Hansi Barwala Road are harvesting wheat illegally to avoid market dues and blackening wheat stock to market high. Based on the information, CM Flying team along with market board secretary Rajkumar Lohan, market manager Shailendra Kumar and Hansi police conducted a surprise inspection of a cold storage facility in Bhatla village.

2,200 quintals of illegal wheat found

During CM Flying’s raid, the team found 2200 quintals of wheat illegally stored in cold storage at the spot by M/s Chandu Lal Manoj Kumar Traders of Barwala. When Manoj, a resident of Barwala, who was found in the cold storage facility, was asked to produce the market fee documents for this wheat and the broker’s license, he showed the broker’s license of Ghirai Mall, but no record of the market fee could be found of the purchased wheat can be found.

Made the company owner pay the fine: secretary

Market Committee Secretary Ramkumar Lohan said that a fine of Rs 1 lakh 320 on market fee for wheat purchased from the company and a fine of Rs 25100 on evasion of market fee and HRDF fee of Rs 1 lakh 320 as well A fine of Rs 25,100 was imposed on her. By evading market charges, a total penalty of Rs 2 lakh 50,000,840 was imposed on the stock and the company owner Manoj Kumar paid the amount of charges and fine on the spot.

Lawsuit against the company of Jai Maa Traders Ghirai

CM Flying team searched the wheat openly stored by Jai Maa Traders Ghirai company in front of Government Senior Secondary School in Bhatla village. The raid team found a stock of 1250 quintals of wheat stored in the open at this location. During the raid, the team met the company owner Ramchandra, a resident of Bhatla, at the spot. When the team was asked to provide the market fee and purchase documents for 1250 quintals of wheat purchased from Ramchandra, he could not provide any documents to the team. Market Minister Ramkumar Lohan fined the company Rs 57,000 and Rs 14,250 for evading market fees, Rs 57,000 for HRDF fees and Rs 14,250 for evading this fee.
